Verdent Product Information

What is Verdent?

Verdent acts as an AI technical partner for moving from a plain-language product goal to working software. It can break work into tasks, execute coding and testing, retain project context, and support production elements such as authentication, storage, payments, databases, and admin tools.

Agentic coding can modify many files and infrastructure components at once. Work on a branch, provide acceptance tests and architecture constraints, use limited credentials, inspect commands and diffs, review dependencies and migrations, and require human approval for security, billing, authentication, data deletion, and deployment.

Research basis: This is a source-based directory listing prepared from public product information; it is not represented as a hands-on test. Last updated August 8, 2026. Read our methodology.

How to use this tool

  1. Open a clean branch or isolated environment and provide a repository or product specification, project rules, architecture constraints, tests, and approved credentials without secrets, production credentials, or unrelated files.
  2. Define acceptance criteria, protected interfaces, tests, and rollback before using Plain-language product building or Agentic planning and task execution.
  3. Ask Verdent to explain its approach; inspect commands, dependencies, file access, and integration permissions.
  4. Review every diff and run focused tests, the full suite, security checks, and manual reproduction.
  5. Document versions, costs, and residual risk; merge or deploy only after human approval.
