One-Time Services
Each purchase applies to the service shown at checkout. There is no automatic recurring renewal. If we introduce a subscription later, its price, renewal frequency, and cancellation controls will be disclosed separately before purchase.
Before Work Starts
Contact us promptly. If we accept the cancellation before editorial review, content preparation, campaign setup, publication, or other paid work begins, the related payment is eligible for a full refund.
After Work Starts
You may still ask us to stop future work. We will review any unused and undelivered portion under the Refund Policy. Work already completed is normally non-refundable where lawful, but mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply.
Requests Waiting for Information
When required information is missing, the request and delivery clock pause. We may close the request 30 days after our latest information request, but the undelivered value is not automatically forfeited. Contact support to reopen it or review the refundable unused portion.
Delivery Delays
If TaskBoosters materially exceeds an agreed delivery date, you may request completion, an agreed extension, Credit, or cancellation and a refund of the undelivered portion. Any stronger mandatory cancellation right under Saudi law remains available.
How to Cancel
Use the Support or Contact page with your purchase email, order or transaction reference, service name, and cancellation reason. Cancellation takes effect when confirmed by support and stops work that has not already been completed or irreversibly scheduled.
- Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy and are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Contacting support does not waive your right to use a remedy available under applicable law.
