Suna began as an open-source assistant that could browse, research, analyze data, create files, and complete multistep tasks. Its current Kortix platform expands this into an AI management system where agents, skills, memory, connectors, triggers, and permissions can live in a version-controlled company repository.
Self-hosting and broad integrations transfer significant responsibility to the operator. Pin releases, isolate execution, scope connectors and secrets per agent, review community skills, protect the company repository, and require approval for external communications, code changes, and destructive operations.
