It uses a persona named Sherlock, who talks to your friend through messaging platforms they already use, WhatsApp and iMessage among them. What emerges from that conversation is used to identify gift ideas that will actually land.
The process is anonymous throughout, so you stay behind the scenes and the surprise survives.
You start by selecting a contact, Sherlock takes the conversation from there, and afterwards you review what came out of it. Results can be read either as a full transcript of the exchange or as a generated summary, depending on how much detail you want.
