Movie Maker Gemini (Veo) v5.2 is a free app that generates four, six or eight second AI video clips through Google Veo 3.1, at 720p, 1080p or 4K, each carrying native audio.
The intended pattern is to start with a subscription you already pay for: generate your opening clips inside the Gemini app on a Google Pro or Ultra plan, as many per day as that tier allows. When the quota runs out, Movie Maker Gemini takes over with no quota at all.
All five Veo modes are unlocked from the start: text-to-video, image-to-video, first-and-last frame, reference images, and extending a clip you have already made. Output comes in 16:9 or 9:16, though 1080p and 4K are limited to eight-second clips. The app runs in more than 100 languages.
You supply your own Google API key and pay Google directly, choosing between a Fast tier and a Standard tier that costs more and produces better results.
