Eligibility and Consumer Rights
You may ask us to review a refund within 14 days of payment if the service has not been fully performed. This TaskBoosters request window is separate from, and does not replace, any mandatory right available under Saudi consumer law.
- Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are refundable when identified.
- If we cannot provide a service as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy for the undelivered part.
- Where the law gives an eligible consumer a right to cancel an unused service or a materially delayed service, that right continues to apply.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If we accept a cancellation before editorial review, campaign setup, content preparation, or other paid work begins, the related payment is eligible for a full refund.
Tool Submission Reviews
A submission payment covers an editorial review; it does not purchase or guarantee approval, publication, ranking, or traffic.
- If a submission is not approved, you may revise and resubmit it once within 14 days.
- After the promised review and any included second review have been completed, the review fee is normally non-refundable, except where mandatory law applies or the review was not provided as described.
Listing Update Requests
An update purchase covers one complete update session for an existing listing. Website or domain URL changes are not included unless the checkout description expressly says otherwise.
- If a complete update request does not pass editorial review, the update payment is eligible for a full refund.
- An approved and published update is completed digital work and is normally non-refundable where permitted by law.
Advertising Campaigns
Valid clicks already delivered are completed service and are normally non-refundable. If a campaign is incomplete, we will first keep it active to deliver the purchased quantity.
- If delivery is still incomplete at the end of the stated campaign window, which will not exceed 90 days unless you agree otherwise, you may request a delivery review.
- For undelivered valid clicks, the available remedy will be an agreed extension, advertising credit, or a proportional refund.
Guest Posts, Link Inserts, and Credits
Unused Credits may be refunded when requested within 14 days of purchase if they have not been spent, reserved for an active request, transferred, or previously adjusted.
- If we reject a Guest Post or Link Insert request, its deducted Credits will be returned to your TaskBoosters wallet.
- Used Credits and completed or published work are normally non-refundable.
- If we cannot deliver an accepted request as described, we will return the Credits or refund the corresponding undelivered amount.
- A cash refund for a Credit purchase removes the same refunded amount from the wallet.
Missing Information and Delays
If required customer information is missing, the delivery clock pauses. We may place the request on hold or close it 30 days after our latest request for the missing information.
- Closing a stalled request does not automatically forfeit the undelivered value. Contact support to reopen it or request a review of any refundable unused portion, after deducting completed work where lawful.
- If we materially exceed an agreed delivery date, the remedies in our Delivery and Cancellation Policies apply together with any mandatory cancellation right under Saudi law.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
Use the Support or Contact page and include your purchase email, order or transaction reference, service name, and a clear explanation. We assess the purchase record and delivery status fairly.
- Approved refunds are initiated without undue delay and normally within 14 days after approval.
- We use the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.
- Completed work may include editorial review, content preparation, publication, campaign setup, and delivered advertising clicks.
